Editorial policy
Silver Arts Review aims to make art clearer to approach without pretending that every question has one settled answer. We distinguish what is presented as fact from interpretation and correct meaningful errors openly.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against suitable sources and take care with dates, names, terms and attribution. Where evidence is incomplete or interpretations differ, we say so. Our writing should give readers enough context to understand the point without overstating certainty.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for the usefulness and relevance of the subject to readers. Any relevant relationship that could affect a piece is disclosed, and commercial arrangements do not determine an editorial conclusion.
Corrections
Readers can use the Contact page to flag a possible error, with the article and detail identified. We review credible reports, correct confirmed mistakes, and clarify the text when needed. Substantive changes are identified in the article where appropriate.
Partnerships and illustrations
Paid, gifted or otherwise arranged partner material is clearly labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; they are not presented as documentary images of real artworks or events.
